New Trees on Dearborn and Winebiddle

treevitalize_poster-scaled1000

On November 12th, 22 volunteers helped to plant 13 new trees along Dearborn and Winebiddle Street. This tree planting was a collaborative effort between GCAT, the BGC, Tree Pittsburgh, TreeVitlize and the Western PA Conservancy. Under the expert supervision of the on site tree tenders, the tree planting was a success!! Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible, just one more example of how we can work together to keep the neighborhood GREEN!

Interested in planting or helping to take care of trees in your neighborhood? Want to become a certified Tree Tender? Please contract Tree Pittsburgh for information on upcoming tree-rific events:  www.treepittsburgh.org
